Dining Room

Dining Room

Our design for the Rossefield Manor restaurant maximises the ample amount of available light, transforming what was previously a gloomy, lacklustre space into a bright, uplifting dining room.
The introduction of a hi-tech mobile food counter and comfortable contemporary seating, along with a modernised tea bar, has turned the dining room into a highly adaptable space.
Not only do residents enjoy a convivial meal here - they have also made their revamped restaurant into a popular meeting place for pursuing hobbies and activities throughout the day.
Sitting Room

Sitting Room

Conveniently located adjacent to the restaurant, the Rossefield Manor sitting room draws on the same colour scheme but has its very own distinctive character.
We conceived a deliberately cosy look, placing considerable emphasis on relaxation and comfort, to create a warm, homely feel.
Rossefield residents host regular musical recitals in the sitting room and the electronic organ is the only item retained from the pre-refurbishment era. The importance of music is reflected in the artwork we chose.
Guest Room

Guest Room

Prior to refurbishment, the guest room looked as though it belonged in a tired old seaside B&B. Our client wanted to give its many users a much better experience.
Our solution was a complete overhaul, introducing a combination of opulent navy blue offset by cool neutral surfaces and rich natural wood surfaces. We added sumptuous headboards and bed linen, together with chic bedside lighting and accessories to create a modern homely feel, perfect for a really good night's sleep.
Meeting Room

Meeting Room

This small meeting room has been brought right up to date by our use of vibrant colour co-ordination and unfussy yet attractive furnishing.
Colourful artwork and accessories provide the finishing touches to create an attractive, stimulating ambience.
This is now an ideal venue for small meetings and could also serve as a games and activities room for the residents at Rossefield.
Lift Lobby

Lift Lobby

Existing fittings, such as handrails, doorbells and wall-mounted heaters were to be retained in this busy lift lobby. But whereas they once dominated an otherwise bland space, they now blend seamlessly into the background.
An innovative combination of paint finishes and feature wallpaper, eye-catching artwork, attractive flooring transitions and comfortable tub chairs have completely enlivened not only this lift lobby but those on the other floors too.
Corridors

Corridors

In common with the lift lobbies, the corridors at Rossefield would be retaining existing fittings. Our challenge was simple: to brighten up the corridors and ensure the heaters would no longer be the dominant feature.
We achieved this by using opulent feature wallpaper, selectively hung, and contrasted with contemporary paint tones, all pulled together by beautifully designed carpets. The addition of occasional seating, vibrant door finishes and statement artwork pieces make the corridors reminiscent of a luxurious boutique hotel.
